The Learn To Dive program is designed to teach the safe and proper way to use the springboard. These lessons are an introduction to the sport of springboard diving.
The Beginning Learn to Dive sessions can range from 60 to 90 minutes in length. Any child or adult who has an interest in diving and can swim comfortably in deep water, can join the class.
The Advanced Dive Classes are designed to introduce more dives and skills to those divers who want to compete in AAU and USA National sanctioned diving events.

Level One - Future Champions
Our Level One classes are designed for younger divers, who have little or no experience with the sport of diving. These 60-minute classes focus on the fundamental skills of our sport, such as proper body shapes, front and back jumps, and front and back head-first entries. Level One participants use the side of the pool, mats, 1-meter springboard and 3-meter springboard, for a variety of skills and drills. Level One divers must be able to swim and follow directions. Lessons are once or twice a week. The cost of the lessons are $65 per month for lessons once per week, or $125 per month for lessons twice per week.
Participants in our Level Two classes practice for 90 minutes. Younger kids with a background in competitive gymnastics but little diving experience are encouraged to start with Level Two classes. Participants of any age who have not yet learned back dive tuck and inward dive tuck are also well-suited for at least one session in these classes. Level Two participants use the side of the pool, mats, 1-meter springboard, and 3-meter springboard for a variety of skills and drills.
